- This is your chance to contribute to an organisation - which focuses on its people and culture, offering an integrated approach to Performance and Reward and supporting the key projects and initiatives.- Reporting to our Senior Performance & Reward Manager, you will provide valuable insight to business stakeholders and managers to enable them to make informed decisions. You will also contribute to the effective ongoing operation of cyclical performance and reward activities for designated business units.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing advice, guidance and solutions on remuneration queries relating to Recruitment, Promotion, internal moves and out of cycle reviews to our leaders and P&C Business partners.
- Carry out market benchmarking of updated and new roles.
- Assist in administering the annual performance & remuneration review cyclical activities including, but not limited to system, data, and end user processes.
- Provide timely and accurate analysis to assist in data reconciliations between SuccessFactors modules.
- Actively monitor, investigate, and propose solutions for the year end cyclical activities.
- Providing advice on salary planning, benefits.
- Sound knowledge of employment taxes, legislation, and market practice.
- Knowledge of job evaluation techniques.
- Prepare reports suitable for presentation to senior management.
- Assist with any data cleansing, BAU and adhoc reporting requirements as needed.

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:

- Relevant Degree in HR or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- The ability to advise alternative solutions in area of responsibility and expertise
- Data interpretation and analysis
- Sound problem solving skills
- Great communication skills including the ability to influence key decision maker
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
