At a time of exciting growth phase for this ASX-listed firm, partner with the business in a specialist Rem and Bens role combining reward operations, as well as total reward comms and projects.
What will you be doing?
Reporting into an experienced and well regarded Head of Reward, your focus as a trusted Reward Business Partner will be as much on value add reward conversations as technical reward analytics.
In addition to supporting the annual performance and reward cycle and other reward BAU activity, you will play a key role in the continual evolution of the total reward framework.
And with changes to incentive programmes and a benefits overhaul on the horizon, there will be plenty to get your teeth stuck intoWhat is in it for you?

You have solid broad base comp foundations and have been working in Rem >4 years at Senior Rem Analyst or Reward Business Partner level.
You have ticked all the reward operations learning milestones along your rem journey to date and have (ideally - but certainly not a show stopper) exposure to Aon or Mercer data, as well as SuccessFactors.
In addition to your technical expertise, you have strong communication skills, are comfortable managing line manager relationships and you enjoy balancing operational responsibilities with interesting reward project work.
