**The company**:
Part of a worldwide group, specialising in process steam technology and offering the industry a range of products, systems & solutions to improve productivity and reliability.
**The role**:
The position, based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and part of a small team, reports directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
**Administration**:
- Preparation of policies and procedures in various formats
- Gathering data on processes and documentation
- Maintain internal filing and various registers including record keeping
**Accounts**:
- Accounts Payable/Receivables
- Logging Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Dealing with freight, invoices, customer enquiries
- Debt collection
- Credit notes
- Assisting with Internal Sales
**The Person**:
- Strong MS Office/Excel essential, MS Dynamics, MYOB & NAV advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise
**Availability**:
- 3 days per week, ideally office based
- 6 month fixed term contract with possible extension
