We are a very busy business in the commercial furniture industry, looking for an efficient and organised Full Timer to look after varying responsibilities of the office administration and sales related tasks.

**Duties**:

- Dealing with initial sales queries
- Searching for new leads in various tender portals
- Preparing sales proposals
- Liaising with all suppliers/ordering/following up
- Preparing and editing all project documents
- General office duties
- Assisting director with various tasks
- Office travel arrangements
- Coordinating international/local freight
- Co-ordinating and organising trade shows
- Basic marketing
- Basic accounts
- Business social media

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent phone manner
- Computer literate
- Some knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous
- Some knowledge of MYOB would be advantageous
- Marketing flare would be advantageous
- Extremely organized
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate various tasks

- Have initiative and enthusiasm
- Able to multi task in a timely manner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to identify potential issues and come up with solutions
- Great communication
