**Executive Assistant**

MinRes continues to grow as an organisation and that is underpinned through our diversification of our Iron Ore and Lithium operations. This brand new position supports our Chief Executive for Iron Ore as we work to capitalise on demands for this valuable commodity.

You are a confident, polished and highly experienced Executive Assistant who is well versed in supporting senior business leaders.

Your work will encompass a wide variety of facets of our business. The EA will provide extensive diary management; arrange appointments for internal and external stakeholders; organise presentations, reports & briefing papers, and coordinating travel. We want you involved with the onboarding of senior leaders within the Iron Ore business, ensuring a seamless transition as they navigate their new roles.

The successful person will be able to hit the ground running; be enthusiastic, a strong relationship builder, a team player yet autonomous, able to self-initiate work, driving work towards completion and have excellent attention to detail.

**Your Experience & Skills**
- 8+ years’ experience in an EA role, or operating at a similar level
- Providing EA support in a large Mining or other resource sector organisation
- Advanced MS Office suite skills; in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; in particular communication, confidentiality, influencing and negotiation skill-sets
- Excellent administration and secretarial skills; typing, general administration, presentation, communication, attention to detail
- Ability to successfully work under pressure with constantly changing priorities and competing demands
- Ability to perceive and analyse problems, develop alternatives and present solutions - strategic and critical thinking
