**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Management of escalations
- Management of conflicts or supplier disputes
- Management of SLA disagreements
- Lead the procurement of suppliers for specialist reports
- Weekly reporting as required
- Collaborate and participate in the development of the Supply Chain strategy and how Supplier Support will support and achieve objectives
- Processing of supplier and assessor invoices
- Request of specialist reports
- Management of a specialist reports database
- Provide QA support for specialist reports
- Data Entry
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong stakeholder management skill
- Effective relationship management
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet and or exceed KPI’s
- Basic understanding of electronics terminology (desired)
- Previous data entry experience (advantageous)
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Positive and personable
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
- Proactive
- Results driven
