Job Connect are working with an exceptionally successful Building Supplies company who are seeking confident** Customer Service Officers** to assist their Sales team in the Burwood area for a **Permanent Role**.

**An Ideal Customer Service Administrator will possess**:

- **Proven experience in a **_non-retail, office based Customer Service Role_****:

- **Call Centre experience also desirable but not necessary**:

- Demonstrated ability to navigate internal database/booking systems to process orders
- An ability to communicate with different teams to seek information such as pricing for customer queries etc
- Experience on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc

**In return you will enjoy**:

- **Permanent Package of $60 - $65K + Superannuation**:

- **6 weeks’ of Annual Bonus Pay**:

- 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
