Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop, and organize targeted marketing and advertising campaigns to attract international students and clients seeking immigration services.
- Advise management and clients on effective advertising strategies and campaigns to reach prospective students, create awareness of our services, and highlight the benefits of studying and immigrating abroad.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and campaigns, including activities such as content creation, media scripting, video production, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and budget constraints.
- Analyze market data and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth in the education and immigration sectors.
- Research and predict trends in international education and immigration, advising on strategic direction to meet changing market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify potential demand for our services and gather data on competitor activities and market characteristics.
- Support business growth through the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to our target audience.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, industry partners, and external vendors to enhance our service offerings and improve campaign outcomes.
- Provide advice on digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and the use of analytics to measure campaign success.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns that resonate with prospective students and clients, promoting the unique advantages of our consultancy services.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for expanding our reach within the education and immigration industry.
**Experience and Education Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly within the education or immigration consultancy industry.
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the education or immigration sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the education and immigration consultancy industry is a plus.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
