The Hotel Manager will be responsible for demonstrating robust leadership and effectively managing all aspects of hotel operations and staff, with oversight from the Area Manager.

**About the Role**:
Are you ready to lead a vibrant team. This company is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at a Regional Hotel operation. If you are ready to embark on a journey to lead, develop and mentor a strong team of professionals this role could be well suited to you. With hospitality operations spanning across, Accommodation, Bar, Bistro, Gaming and Retail (Bottle shops) this role will see a varied day to day role with a rewarding path for success.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational abilities with exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility to work hospitality hours and manage various aspects of hotel operations
- Proven experience in high-volume accommodation, food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments (minimum 5 years full-time)
- Proficiency in P & L analysis and budget management
