**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

A well established and highly reputable construction company are seeking a Building Cadet to join their ever growing team. Well known and respected in the industry for their stellar reputation, they have a number of high profile projects due to be starting in the near future valued from $50M - $300M. **ABOUT THE ROLE.**

Your position will work closely with several project teams and will see you liaising with a tight-knit unit. You will primarily work alongside a Project Manager and a site team and will be given full exposure to the full cycle of building projects. You will be inducted into the business with the intention of developing your exposure in Contracts Administration, Estimating, Project Management, Site, and more.

**DUTIES.**
- Gain exposure to financial and cost reporting/progress
- Lean how to process progress claims
- Understand how to do variations & RFI’s
- Develop your knowledge in scope of works, tender packages etc

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- An eager and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you are a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Bachelor of Construction Management student
