About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Building Cadet to join our team at Ivory Group, a reputable and highly respected local builder. As a leading company in the ACT, we specialize in delivering high-end residential and commercial projects ranging from $5M - $40M.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Construction Management to gain valuable experience and grow within the company. You will be responsible for supporting the project team in all areas of the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create weekly reports to ensure timely progress updates
  • Provide support to the project team, including site administration and WHS compliance
  • Liaise with contractors daily to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current enrollment in a Construction Management Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
