Large multi-residential builder developer, seeking a Cadet for a $60 residential precinct - Immediate start

**Your new company**

Hays is partnering with a Canberra born and bred builder developer, operating since 2011 they have grown into a well-establish mid-tier construction company. Delivering a range of projects from boutique townhouses to high-rise residential precincts, quality and safety are paramount. Known for having strong relationships across the industry & a supportive team environment, they understand that transparent communication & trust is key. They are now looking for a Cadet to join their well-respected construction team, initially on the delivery of the townhouse component of a $60m precinct.

**Your new role**

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be exposed to large multi-residential commercial projects within a supportive, successful & dynamic team environment. Your role as a Cadet will see you learning & performing the below duties;
- Understanding site safety, compliance and legislation;
- Exposure to tenders, contracts and cost planning;
- Learning structural design and project planning principles; and more.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this Cadetship you will either be currently studying or recently completed;
- Bachelor of Construction Management
- Diploma of Building and Construction
