We have an exciting opportunity in our Market Access team for a Market Access Portfolio Manager for our Lung portfolio.

**What you’ll do**

As a Market Access Portfolio Manager, you will utilise your experience and comprehensive understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical reimbursement environment and health technology assessment, as well as strong leadership skills to lead a team of market access managers responsible for the development and execution of market access strategies that achieve optimal reimbursement for the Lung portfolio.

You will collaborate with local cross-functional teams as well as regional and global Market Access and Pricing colleagues to ensure reimbursement outcomes are aligned to local business objectives and consistent with global reimbursement and pricing policy.

**Reporting to the Head of Market Access Oncology, your responsibilities will be to**:

- Evaluate clinical trial, competitor and prior PBAC decision-making information, global brand strategy materials and global value dossiers to develop and successfully implement market access strategy of our Oncology - Lung pipeline
- Plan and manage resource and budget requirements for market access projects within the Oncology - Lung portfolio
- Guide performance and develop a team of Market Access Managers, creating a working environment in which people thrive and grow
- Secure and maintain senior leadership support for reimbursement strategies and ensure local reimbursement plans for each indication are aligned to the market access strategy of the brand portfolio and support the value of the brand as a whole
- Secure global approval of pricing and patient access (bridging) programs
- Foster a collaborative partnership with Department of Health and PBAC
- Communicate milestones and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders as required

**Essential for the role**
- Degree in clinical, biological, social sciences and/or in economics
- Previous experience in a similar role or other market access or health economics role within a consulting firm or industry and a passion for mentoring and coaching
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others at senior or global level to gain agreement and commitment to strategy
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, including an ability to work in geographically diverse teams
