**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an allrounder Office Admin / Accounts Assistant with a strong focus on accounting (60% Admin, 40% Accounting). If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and a timely working manner, this is a great opportunity for you. This role offers a temporary position with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:

- Collaborate with the Accounts / Administration Manager in various accounting tasks, including recording expenses, bank reconciliation, and preparing monthly General Journal entries for closing/allocation/corrections.
- Investigate, follow up, and process outstanding claims, credit notes, and overdue invoices in the accounts receivable department.
- Prepare and process weekly payments.
- Ensure accuracy and match freight invoices against sales and internal transfers.
- Handle EOM adjustment accrual, prepayment, and customer deposits.
- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all supporting documents and approvals are obtained.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client invoice queries and promptly resolve any issues, including those concerning external clients.

Sales Administration:

- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure correct matching of purchase orders/invoices by number and vendor.
- Investigate and resolve order and inventory problems by analyzing data and history.
- Generate and prepare meeting reports and sales reports.
- Check and issue service invoices.

General Affairs:

- Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, verifying receipt, and delivering supplies to workstations.
- Provide administrative and office support activities as directed by management.
- Assist the Administration Manager in offering advice and information to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update WHS (Work Health and Safety) policy.
- Attend WHS meetings and document minutes.
- Provide basic IT support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Employer from time to time.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and pursue further education.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
