We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team based out of our Head Office in Rydalmere.


About the role:

Slightly different to a standard Accounts Receivable roles, this position has a heavy dose of admin.

In this role you will be responsible for managing variety of tasks across multiple systems, including:

AR inbox management, receipts banking reconciliation, invoicing (event billing), resolving collections issues, collection calls, general ledger reconciliation, weekly and EOM reporting and ad hoc assistance to the Accountant.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile queries and ensure that ageing levels are within expectation.


We work to tight deadlines and partner with business units to assist them in meeting their KPI's by having access to real time data.


About you:

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified with accounting degree and have a working knowledge of AR processes and principles.


It is imperative that you can work independently, be a self-starter, possess good time management skills and can effectively liaise with your stakeholders verbally and in writing.

You are a quick learner and keen to grow professionally. You have moderate Excel skills and have worked between Sales and Finance programs to complete your tasks. You are highly organized and strive to succeed along with your team members.
