The Member Engagement and Acquisition Squad works with stakeholders across Velocity and the Virgin Australia Group through a range of paid and owned channels to support increase member engagement and drive member acquisition.

**Who we’re looking for**:
Coupled with being an excellent leader, relationship builder and communicator, you will also be a strategic, analytical and results-driven to deliver outcomes whilst working within a collaborative and agile environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The objective of the Manager, Member Activation & Engagement role is to spearhead Velocity's efforts to grow member engagement and acquisition through leading targeted lifecycle based strategies across the business.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Have strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize initiatives based on member impact
- Come with experience in marketing campaign management, techniques and processes in digital and direct channels
- Are a guru at working with analytics teams to prioritise and target customer segments
- Have experience working with large & complex data sets in member context
- Are a strong leader, stakeholder manager and influencer
- Have Loyalty experience (desirable)
- Come with proven experience within a commercial, retail or sales environment (desirable)
