**About the company**:
Based just out of the Brisbane CBD, this company is an industry super fund with a proud history of supporting workers in the building industry. With a focus on delivering tailored solutions to members and assisting them in achieving the best outcomes possible, they seek a Team Leader of Engagement and Advice Services.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Advice & Change Manager, this newly created role will involve working in the office full-time and permanently from Monday to Friday. The role involves leading a team of Member Service Consultants, explicitly focusing on engaging with high-net-worth and selected members.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, build member engagement skills, and contribute to the success of the financial advice and engagement team.

**Duties**:

- Providing general advice and implementation assistance
- Supporting the delivery of retirement advice and engagement through different channels
- Executing engagement programs for high-net-worth members
- Participating in relevant seminars
- Contributing to marketing campaigns and implementation strategies
- Coaching and mentoring a team of member service consultants & encourage continuous improvement
- Manage the front office
- Managing workflows

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven leadership experience
- Enjoy assisting members in achieving their goals and delivering guidance to instil confidence in their planning
- Capable of developing strong and ongoing relationships with members and providing exceptional personal service
- Experience in customer service and general advice, with a keen interest in working with pre, retiree, and post-retiree members
- Ability to manage and improve team performance, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Skilled in leading and managing change and continuous improvement within the team
- Able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and drive collaboration
- Familiarity with the superannuation industry, including legislative, product, and provider knowledge.
- Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and adaptability to technology on multiple platforms
- RG146 in superannuation
- Diploma in Financial Services is highly desirable
- JP (Justice of the Peace) qualification is highly desirable
