**The Role**:
The Business Systems lead makes it easy for our BU's by providing front line support to Payroll Services for all payroll related system queries. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline our system processes and better utilise them to bring greater value and efficiency to GWF. You are responsible for ensuring that payrolls systems are configured accurately and running efficiently to achieve our obligations in paying GWF staff in a timely manner, in line with legislation, regulations and associated employment contractual documentation.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Assist with and effectively manage all Affinity and Kronos production support activities for Payroll Services.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of GWF's legislative requirements including payroll tax, group tax, yearend payment summaries, workers compensation provisions and other accounts related to payroll processing.
- Develop, drive, recommend and implement best practices and continuous improvement, with regards to payroll, payroll compliance and the support for payroll.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience (5 - 10 years) of maintaining payroll/T&A systems configuration
- Experience with managing payroll in a complex environment and in time and attendance systems, preferably Kronos
- Proven ability to inspire a team to deliver in the face of adversity, whilst being able to have challenging conversations and preserving relationships.
- A passion for building relationships, with strong written and oral communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Curious and creative by nature, demonstrating learning agility whilst driving a continuous culture of improvement.
