**The Opportunity**:
Join our finance team as a Customer Allocations Supervisor and take on a leadership role in ensuring efficient and accurate allocation of customer orders. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, and can be based across our Pyrmont and Arndell Park offices.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Providing guidance and support to the Customer Allocations Officers
- Resolving allocation-related issues and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the team
- Ensuring that credit cards payments are processed daily through the on-line terminal and these are allocated to the clients’ accounts
- Clearance of suspense account and these are allocated to clients’ accounts
- Processing of EFT / Cheques Payments to clients’ accounts
- Reconciliation of Bank Clearing Accounts
- Maintenance of customer relationships
- Liaise with internal and external customers regarding payment details or payment discrepancies
- Supervising and overseeing the allocation of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- At least 1 years experience within a similar role
- Experience using Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
