My client is a building contractor that has been established for more than 15-years. Their expertise in commercial and industrial building is recognised across Australia. Capable of projects ranging between $30M - $60M their approach is to create tailor bespoke construction solutions to their portfolio of primarily repeat clients, many of which are household names.

Due to new projects coming online an immediate requirement for a HSE Advisor is recruiting. The key areas of the role include;
- Inspection and Audits
- Site Management in regard to WSE requirements
- Industrial relations
- Facilitate in-house training per CIP Skills Development Program.
- Lead, demonstrate and educate project personnel to embrace a work environment free from risk.
- Provide leadership to the site team through proactive management of HSE issues.

To be successful in the role
- Preferred: Knowledge and understanding of the commercial construction industry. Previous Site Management highly regarded
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation applicable in the State of operation.
- Knowledge and understanding Right of Entry and Freedom of Association requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate values, Policies and Procedures.
