**About Us**

DMS is a spray solutions company with more than 7 years of experience in the industry, our goal is to provide the highest quality products for our customers. We specialize in Door Manufacturing, Spray Painting and Furniture Restoration. We aim to provide the best customer service possible, starting from the pick-up of the job, sanding, spray painting, quality control, up to delivery of the completed job to factory or site.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Qualifications in business studies. Diploma / Advance diploma Business
- Alternatively, experience in accounting/bookkeeping are necessary. HR and payroll experience 3 years + relevant experience.
- Excellent use of Xero Accounting software or similar
- Proficient use of Microsoft, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills
- Staff management experience or the ability to mentor and oversee clerical and administrative staff
- Confident dealing with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.

**Tasks and duties**
- Ensuring appropriate budgets, staff and training are in place so the organization runs smoothly.
- Hiring, training and supervising clerical and administrative support staff.
- Developing and managing the records, accounts and systems of an organization.
- Managing records and accounts of the office.
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office standards
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
- Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolutions of problems.
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
