**Your new company**

Are you a confident, dedicated administrative professional with a passion for the cosmetic industry? I am currently recruiting for a permanent Part-time Administration Officer position for a well-established Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic based in the Inner City.

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the cosmetic industry day to day operations. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and genuine passion for the industry will be essential in maintaining efficient administrative processes.

**Your new role**
- Providing information to clients regarding the clinic’s treatments & procedures
- Completing the banking daily
- Maintain functional order of the practice's daily work environment, ensuring that all spaces are clean and tidy at all times
- Management of the Head Doctor and COO’s diaries and notifications for business related in person and virtual meetings, including pharmaceutical and

PR companies
- Assisting management with educational events, patient recruitments, consent and follow-ups
- Support the preparation and execution of Head Doctor’s annual Aesthetic conference
- Order and unpack general stock and skincare for the clinic
- Ensure appropriate stock is available for the following day's appointments
- Manage debtors weekly along with the daily banking
- Liaise with tradespeople and IT consultants for any repairs
- Prepare patient files for clinical staff
- Manage for daily monitoring of Genie to fill practitioner appointment gaps by bringing forward future appointments
- Be the first point of contact for all external suppliers that support the clinic
- Monitor medical machine maintenance and servicing

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in computers and technology
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Have the ability to keep track of your daily tasks
