Administration Team Leader

**About the role**
Due to exceptional business growth, we are looking for an experienced administration team leader. Your primary goal is to support the sales/admin team with existing account and new account enquiries you will provide exceptional service through efficient scheduling, communication and administration within a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Provide excellent support to the team of administrators in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive sales through effective stakeholder relationships both internal and external clients from enquiry, quotes through to job bookings, completion and follow up.
- Review pending jobs and contact clients and site contacts to ensure job completion.
- Reporting, invoicing, data entry, processing payments.
**Skills & experience**
- Experienced with scheduling in an administration role ideally within the construction/ trade industry
- Sound experience in providing excellent team leadership in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communications skills with all stakeholders both internal and external time management and organisational skills, high attention to detail
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills
