We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing excellent customer service to our government and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue
- Ensure team/site productivity, customer, and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership
- Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met
- Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews
- Assist with monthly customer reports, including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- A great attitude and enthusiasm to learn new skills
