Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Canon Business Services ANZ. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing excellent customer service to our government client.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards. You will also have a strong customer service mindset and be able to deliver and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
- Ensure team/site productivity and customer and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team.
- Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
- Assist with monthly customer reports including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills. Work experience as a people leader is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards.
- A great attitude and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
