Summit Fleet was established in Australia in 1997 and is wholly owned by the Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service Company Ltd.
Summit Fleet established in Australia in 1997 is a leading provider of Fleet Management and Leasing solutions including some of the most advanced web based support for customers in the market. We also bring to the industry an experienced and established management team.
Summit Fleet is looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Business Administrator / Sales Support, who may have previous dealership experience, to join this friendly team. Reporting to the State Manager you will have a flexible approach, strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
This is for a 10-month contract period for the purposes of parental leave coverage.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
It is a requirement of this position that you are able to support an energetic and ambitious sales team by providing outstanding client support and administrative assistance. Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide support for the Sales and Account Management team.
- Assist with client inquiries.
- Assist with quoting for vehicle leases.
- Organise and distribute reports.
- Outstanding customer service.
Training and support will be provided within the role.
**Skills and experience**
The following skills and experience are required:
- Miles software skills - not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills - internal / external.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of customer relations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
