**_Our Client:_**

**_Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): _**
Accounts Receivable:
- Processing all change of ownerships, including issuing of welcome letters to new clients;
- Preparing arrears collection reports for all committee and Annual General Meetings;
- Completing requisite receipting, including bulk serviced apartment operator payment receipting allocations together with performance of bank reconciliations on a daily basis;
- Issuing of levy notices as required from time to time;
- Assist with follow up on outstanding levies, performing basic debt collection function
Owner’s Corporation Assistant responsibilities:
- Collect and process property information and reports as required from time to time and ensure all correspondence, quotations and records are filed
- Provide support to a more senior person in a range of functions associated with strata and community title management, in accordance with owners' corporations instructions;
- Assisting in the management of the current portfolio
- Assist in the preparation and tendering of Strata/Community Title service agreements etc including follow up on ensuring compliance with all Essential Services and OH&S obligations;
- Assist with organising and conducting strata management meetings including meetings of owner's corporation(s), booking meetings in advance and ensuring team calendar remains up to date;
- Occasionally attend Annual General and Committee Meetings and where required take minutes;
- Arranging repairs and maintenance and tendering service contracts for Owners Corporations
- Collect and process property information and reports as required from time to time and ensure all correspondence, quotations and records are filed;
- Superior attention to detail
- Exceptional administrative, time management and self-organization skills
- Provide fantastic customer service and present professionally
- Basic accounting knowledge to understand financial reports
- A passion for building and maintaining relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to pick up new systems and procedures

**_Own transport/Driver’s License & previous experience in the Strata or Real Estate industry is highly desirable._**
