The Opportunity
The Infrastructure Analyst will interact and liaise with customers in response to Technology queries, issues, concerns and requests to provide a world-class Technology support service for all Dexus staff, partners and guests.
You will make an impact by:
- Day-to-day support operations of Technology within Dexus, working on 1st level and 2nd level frontline support
- Support new company initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance efficiency
- Manage the Techbar walk-in service, providing a friendly and knowledgeable service to Dexus staff who visit the Techbar.
- Manage the incoming requests through the service desk system, ensuring customers are responded to in a timely manner, kept informed and more importantly queries/issues resolved in a timely manner
- Manage the internal and external phone calls, answering in a timely manner
- Manage and support Audio Visual technologies in high profile events, presentations and meetings
About You
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and other relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded
- Proven track record in a technology support role, providing exceptional customer service
- Core experience with Microsoft Technologies - Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Teams,
- Additional experience with the following technologies is an advantage - Citrix, Networks, Cisco, Aruba, SCCM, Intune / MDM and meeting room technologies (Creston and Polycom)
- Exposure to high-end corporate environments
