About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Technology People Australia. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various infrastructure initiatives, including SharePoint migration to M365, AWS Workspace, Windows migrations, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workshops: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements.
  • Migrate SharePoint: Manage migration plans for SharePoint, including permissions, content, and workflows.
  • GAP Analysis: Collaborate with technical experts to perform gap analysis and document solutions.
  • Track Requirements: Use JIRA to track requirements, map to test cases, and support end-user testing.
  • User Guides: Produce user guides, manage risks, and assist with change management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Strong experience in M365 migrations and SharePoint/website transitions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, VDI, CITRIX, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and manage complex technical projects.
  • Agile certification and experience in infrastructure delivery.
