**THE ROLE**
Join our diverse team based in **Sydney**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
As part of EML, as a Case Manager you will assist injured workers with claims complex physical or psychological injuries who are lodging, or have lodged, a worker’s compensation claim. You will be doing everything from gathering evidence of the claim, liaising with doctors and medical professionals, and seeking ways to help them engage in activities to ultimately get them back to work. You will lodge and approve the claims and provide constant feedback to the customer and internal stakeholders regarding the claim progress.
Due to our rapid growth, we have multiple opportunities to join the team. They will be **Full Time Permanent** positions based in the **Sydney CBD **office commencing on or before the 6th of October, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once you've completed training.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist an injured person and employer with the workers compensation claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents
- Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person to ensure access to required services
- Proactively manage the claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness
- Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders on matters such as injured workers, employers, and providers
