**Role Description**:
We are adding another Marketing Strategist to our team You will act as the client advocate within Agora and serve as the liaison between the client and the agency, while also providing clients with strategic guidance driven by creativity, research, and industry knowledge.

As a Marketing Strategist with Agora, you will get to work directly with a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, to ensure we are delivering on their objectives and exceeding their expectations. It will be your responsibility to bring together your clients’ marketing campaigns and lead their digital marketing strategy, in conjunction with the wider team.

You are the kind of person who loves to take a strategic approach to solving problems, through innovative and analytical thinking. You take the time to understand each client’s business and the connection between their consumers and brand, and you fuel the specialist teams with insights that lead to creative executions. This means that you will be well equipped to provide advice and recommendations with the client’s best interests at heart, to create value and build a relationship based on mutual trust.

You are more than just an Account Manager. You are responsible for coordinating the strategy and execution of client accounts, as well as leading and executing the delivery of research and strategy projects for your clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Strategy**:

- Work directly with clients to be involved with discovery, strategy, and gathering requirements for workshops.
- Develop well-researched, actionable digital strategies that will help your clients meet their objectives.
- Create documents, briefs, proposals, and other deliverables that match the needs of your clients.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the wider team, across your client accounts.
- Regularly check-in with clients to ensure that their objectives and requirements are still accurately understood and being met.

**Client Account Management and Reporting**:

- Take the lead on all account / project management for your clients and the required outputs for all campaigns.
- Do what is necessary to achieve results for your clients, this may include assisting with writing ad copy, building and managing ads, making proactive recommendations, etc.
- Ensure clients are kept up-to-date on campaign activity and progress.
- Clearly understanding and communicating the scope of the engagement, and ensuring out of scope work is managed appropriately.
- Proactively follow up and take the steps necessary to ensure the team has the access and information they need to deliver the campaigns.
- Assist the team as needed with the building of Dashboard reports within DataStudio, to clearly report on metrics that are important to our clients and align with their goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the team to collate insights and recommendations to improve clients’ performance.
- Regularly access the relevant data and analytics tools to provide analysis insights, to report on your clients’ campaign performance.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Create research plans and briefs that align with the client’s research objectives
- Create survey questions, focus group discussion points, and other research design that will achieve the research objectives without bias.
- Coordinate the recruitment of research participants.
- Facilitate research according to the plan, ensuring seamless research delivery and data capture.
- Undertake data analysis to create high-value insights and recommendations, to present to your clients.

**Client Growth and Sales Support**:

- Proactively identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities for existing clients, where we can provide further value to their business.
- Participating in discovery conversations and requirement gathering for new leads as required
- Reviewing leads’ existing activities to identify opportunities
- Helping sales reps to scope content and/or services and solutions for leads and providing estimates
- Helping create service proposals
- Participating in sales pitches and presentations

**About You**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in client communications and account management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a similar field.
- Excellent project and task management skills, able to keep a portfolio client accounts on track simultaneously.
- Strategic and critical thinker, able to see the big picture and creatively identify solutions.
- If you have agency experience, this will be highly regarded.
