- 3 days work from home with flex start and finish times

This is a permanent full-time role working in beautiful CBD offices with 3 days in the office working closely with a highly collaborative and social team and 2 days from home.

**The role**
Collaborate with brokers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of administrative activities for your accounts.
- Provide exceptional account management for global accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end processes in line with Global Services Department Guidelines.
- Collaborate with Assistant Client Service Executives for timely and high-quality administrative execution.
- Deliver precise processing instructions to facilitate prompt premium debiting, policy issuance, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Foster strong client and broker relationships as the primary contact for service matters.
- Support business development by attending meetings and showcasing our global capabilities.
- Address accounting and processing issues in collaboration with relevant departments.

**About you**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry across all commercial lines
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information
- Skilled in presentation, training, and communication with effective written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to interact with internal stakeholders, clients, and brokers at all levels
