**General Purpose**
- The Rental Coordinator will handle all aspects of supporting our sales team and customers relating to rental, and demonstration equipment.
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of all rental and demo requests, including suggestions to provide solutions to fulfil and complete ordersProcess and deliver all rental quotations when requested by the sales team, including national and depot availability

Process the associated documentation in the company software system, recording all information - customer details, PO, delivery address, all assets and their serial numbers for tracking purposes
Process all freight and courier documentation within the relevant freight/ courier company software systems / call centres / paper documents
Ensure correct charging of orders in line with company policy - daily rental rates and freight (delivery and collection)
- Manage the rental and demo tracker and be solely responsible for the database maintenance and updates of asset additions, disposals, and changes to location
- Take an active role in sourcing reliable and cost-effective freight and courier companies per location nationally, quarterly analysis and presentation to the Director of International Operations
- Inventory assessments nationally, ensure all HYTORC assets for rental and demo have identification of part numbers, and/or serial numbers with QR code labels, work with the warehouse and service teams to ensure all assets have identification in each location
- Manage all monthly rental charging to maximize the rental invoicing capabilities of the company, work with the sales teams and customers directly to achieve this
- Maintain all administration files for all rentals and demonstrations
- Work closely with service administration to ensure day to day accuracy of parts and products being ordered to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with the service team guarantee proper inventory levels for the rental fleet.Monthly meetings with Service Team and Management to discuss fleet performance

Reporting monthly on rental efficiency and availably efficiency of the national rental fleet
- Maintain and mange all incoming fleet - QR labels, function testing to make available for hire
- Manage all customers long term rental kit shipping and billing.
- Create and manage monthly fleet reports, including but not limited to:Rental revenue invoiced in the month

Uncharged items - revenue missed with summary
Demo fleet outside 2 week policy - follow up and coordinate the return to HYTORC depots
Proposals on improvement to fleet - both process and fleet stocking, assess risk and make proposals

**Computer Skills Necessary**:
Microsoft Office, WMS, CRM & ERP

**Work Environment**:

- Split between warehouses & office environment
