**The Role**: Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll lead all aspects of our diversity and inclusion programs, cultural capability initiatives, and employee experience efforts. This role offers a unique chance to shape our culture and drive positive change.
**You Have**: - Proven track record in diversity and inclusion management. Strong understanding of First Nations cultural competency. Experience leading employee experience and organisational culture programs
