**Your Opportunity**

You will play a key role by:

- Leading KPMG Banarra’s Brisbane team and representing KPMG Banarra in Queensland.
- Delivering large, complex multi-stakeholder projects with interdisciplinary project teams.
- Contributing to the public conversation through thought-leadership and other advocacy initiatives.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of team members to reach their full potential

- Significant experience in implementation of relevant tools and methodologies including stakeholder engagement, social research including interviewing, qualitative data coding and analysis (using NVivo or similar)
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, including report writing, presentation and workshop facilitation
- Consulting experience or directly analogous skills and experience.
- Demonstrated people management and project management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Capability/experience in business development and/or advocacy.

**Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications that could include: human rights law, workplace relations or employment law, social or political science, gender studies, community development, other area of relevance and/or equivalent experience.
