We are assisting our client, a multi site, multi franchise Automotive Dealer Group, in their search for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join there well established team in Tweed Heads.

**About the Role**: As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing experience. You’ll work closely with both our customers and workshop team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and discuss their service needs.
- Provide accurate service quotes and explain repair options.
- Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow up with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, in the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
