Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive unparalleled customer service and resolution to their vehicle needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients in person, starting with a strong and welcoming greeting.
  • Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
  • Maintain regular contact with our customers to provide updates.
  • Communicate with internal department teams to ensure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes.
  • Offer accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs.
  • Be a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome.
  • Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow, we will get you there.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service so that our Customer Service Benchmarks are met and surpassed at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or experience in Banking, Real Estate, or customer-facing roles highly desired.
  • Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive person who presents professionally – Appearance is everything.
  • Experience in a department where KPIs are used.
  • Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential.
  • Ability to sell additional work as required – Overcome objections.
  • A person who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made.
  • Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus on customer experiences.
