Service Advisor Opportunity at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive, part of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Tweed Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests receive unparalleled support for their vehicle needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, creating positive first impressions and fulfilling promises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are completed and ready on time for customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with prompt, solution-based outcomes.
  • Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs.
  • Develop a proactive approach to customer service, focusing on creating memorable experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting and exceeding our Customer Service Benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role, such as banking or real estate.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, professional approach, with a focus on appearance and presentation.
  • Experience working in a department with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to sell additional work and overcome objections.
  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
