**About the Role**
We are currently looking for a **Business Concierge Officer** to join our exciting Invest Melbourne branch.
The Business Concierge Officer plays a key role in supporting the Invest Melbourne branch by providing practical advice and guidance to potential investors from intrastate, interstate, and international markets, assisting them with starting, expanding, relocating, or headquartering businesses within the City of Melbourne.
Bilingual and multilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
**What you will bring to the Role**
- An understanding of and strong commitment to customer focused principles and systems and excellence in delivery of customer service.
- Degree and/or equivalent qualification or experience in business, program management, communications or engagement, or other relevant experience
- Understanding of economic and industry sectors highly desirable
- High level written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to a wide audience.
- Excellent relationship building and management skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing expectations and needs.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with ability to juggle competing demands whilst being responsible for ensuring all matters are handled in a timely, professional manner with stakeholders informed of progress as appropriate.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to think creatively, innovatively and strategically and conceptually to identify obstacles, consider multiple perspectives and distil complex information to create viable options that address future requirements.
