- Previous recruitment or sales experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction.
- Passion for the real estate industry and knowledge of market trends, developments, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
