**A05 Procurement Officer**:
About the role:
As Procurement Officer you will be part of the Procurement Services Group that provides a centralised Procurement Function to the client.

As part of the ICT & Infrastructure / General Goods & Services team, you will be working as part of a small team that administers the undertaking of strategic procurement projects and contract management activities relating to medium value/high risk procurement activities for the client.

About the individual:
The core capability requirements for this role are:

- Manage medium procurement activities in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring that risk, probity, and transparency requirements are addressed.
- Monitor and advise on financial, contract management and procurement systems compliance, in accordance with policies and procedures and the State Procurement Policy.
- Negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement and contract related issues to identify specific business needs and to facilitate compliance within the required timeframes.
- Actively participate in an effective and professional procurement team, including drafting and negotiating Contracts.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal clients, vendors, and staff to ensure procurement services are responsive to current and future needs.

Role Requirements:

- Experience in SAP
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Methodology
- Government procurement experience required
- QITC experience required
- Highly desirable Queensland Government Level 2 Procurement Certification or equivalent

**A06 Procurement Officer:
About the role:
As Senior Procurement Officer you will be part of the Procurement Services Group that provides a centralised Procurement Function to the client.

As part of the Procurement team, you will be working as part of a small team that administers the undertaking of strategic procurement projects and contract management activities relating to high value/high risk procurement activities for the client.

About the individual:

- Manage strategic procurement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring that risk, probity, and transparency requirements are addressed.
- Deliver high quality procurement advice and services covering procurement planning activities, sourcing documentation development, release and evaluation processes, contract negotiation, contract management including sound Category Management functions and administration activities.
- Monitor and advise on financial, contract management and procurement systems compliance, in accordance with client policies and procedures and the State Procurement Policy.
- Exercise a Procurement Delegation for sourcing activities validating that the procurement process undertaken has been in accordance with client policies and procedures and the Queensland State Procurement Policy.
- Administer contracts in collaboration with Contract Managers in accordance with the principles of the Queensland Government Contract Management Framework.
- Negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement and contract related issues to identify specific business needs and to facilitate compliance within the required timeframes.

Role Requirements:
