**CRM Campaign Specialist**:

We currently have a unique part time opportunity (15hrs per week) for a talented CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Community & Stakeholders Team on a fixed term 24 month basis.

**About this role**

This position working alongside our existing CRM Campaign Specialist, will be responsible for designing & implementing customer service campaigns aimed at improving the experience and advocacy of Western Power’s customers.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Develop & support the implementation of Omni-channel service campaigns that address customer needs and in doing so, improve their experience.
- Play a lead role with regards to coordination of the CRM campaign calendar
- Harness customer insights to determine prioritisation of service-campaigns.
- Key coordination point for customer service comms based on business requirement
- CRM database management
- Identify opportunities for further service innovation / enhancement and improvements.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, including impact on lag indicators such as NPS, complaints, inbound calls etc.
- Develop campaign analysis reports for internal stakeholders

**About you**

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge building and coordinating campaigns using an enterprise CRM
- Demonstrated success delivering CRM service campaign outcomes, including design, development, and implementation
- Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent copy writing & communications design skills
- Experience using enterprise campaign management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions) is desired
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines.
