**_ What you’ll be doing_**

The role will coordinate the collection and management of prostate cancer data into a clinical quality registry to understand how prostate cancer is managed in NSW and improve the quality of care provided to men with prostate cancer across participating sites in NSW.

**_ Essential requirements_**
- Knowledge of prostate cancer diagnosis, treatment and quality of life outcomes for people impacted by prostate cancer
- Experience in the setup and management of clinical data collection from specialist’s rooms and cancer departments in NSW
- Understanding of ethical issues related to health and medical research and clinical practice.
- Knowledge of the Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms (SNOMED-CT), the NSW health system and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act.

**_ Pre-screening questions_**
- Please provide your experience in establishing relationships with prostate cancer specialists and services in NSW. Please provide the details of your experience, such as your role, the context of the project or program of work, profile of stakeholders and the outcome of the project/program with which you were involved.
- Describe your experience with clinical quality registries. Why are they important and what service do they provide that is different to a population-based registry. Provide detail about the registry, your role and what you identified to be critical success factors to support the sustainability of the registry.
