**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Marketing, the role is responsible for supporting the organisation by overseeing the creation of all digital content and ensuring the growth of ST Vic’s online presence.

The responsibilities of the Digital Operations Advisor will include, but are not limited to:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects, including interviews, events, and marketing videos and attend activations, video shoots and photo shoots as required.
- Oversee digital content on ST Vic’s website and intranet platforms, ensuring any content requests are managed appropriately and are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain the ST Vic studio and production equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Generate digital marketing reports on a wide variety of programs and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
- Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations.

Demonstrated experience:
**Mandatory**
- Photography and videography skills

**Desirable**
- Experience in digital marketing and website development
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
