About the role:

Currently we have two different roles available within our digital team. Both roles will see you assisting our customers through our live chat functions.

In both roles, you will be juggling amongst multiple conversations at a time whilst also navigating Bupa's customer and knowledge systems to provide our customers with the most up to date information.


Digital Messaging Advisor

Commencement date:

We are looking for customer service driven individuals to join our team to help liaise with our new and existing Bupa customers as a first point of contact.

Your main job as Digital Messaging Advisor is to chat with customers through our live chat environment to try and delve into their current situation and resolve general enquiries.


Digital Cover Review Advisor

Commencement date:
Tuesday 26th September


As a Digital Cover Review Advisor we are looking for individuals with both customer service and sales experience to help liaise with our existing Bupa customers.

Your main job is to chat with customers through our live chat environment to try and delve into their changing needs, assess their health insurance and ensure they are on the plan that fits them best.


Your working week will require you to be available between Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 7am until 8pm AEST on Mondays to Friday and 8am until 4:30pm AEST on Saturday's and Sunday's.

This role will require you to work approximately 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday shift in a one-to-two-month period.

For this role you need to have really good internet connection.

We wouldn't be surprised if you already have it or are able to secure one - just make sure it's got a download speed of at least 50 mbps and upload of 10mbps.

  • You should have a strong desire to find solutions that would make the customers happy and satisfied
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales in a similar field would be amazing
  • Written communication skills need to be totally on point, especially as this will be your primary method of communication with our customers
  • You'll be someone who is able to learn fast and can stay focused while working from home
  • Whilst we love to keep things fun at work, keeping things professional and confidential is super important
  • You need to be able to work independently, but still be a team player who's happy to lend a hand
  • Being techsavvy is a must we use a bunch of different platforms and screens, so you have to be able to handle it all like a pro
