About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for achieving and optimising operational performance and timely delivery of quality and safe client services across Victoria and Tasmania.

Leading and managing a team of Service Managers in Victoria and Tasmania, this role is responsible for implementing operational plans that improve business efficiency and performance, and contributing to the development and implementation of integrated care models, innovation and growth, to enhance the care service experience for our clients.

This is a full time, fixed term 12 month parental leave replacement opportunity, based at our new office in Mulgrave.

**Your main duties will include**:
Providing leadership and support to the service delivery teams, promoting collaborative customer focused, high standard care and innovation

Leading and managing the Service Managers to ensure strategic and operational goals and business outcomes are achieved for their respective service centres

Identifying and providing recommendations to the General Manager on innovative business development opportunities, clinical and client risk management and continuous quality improvement

About you

**You will have**:
Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current AHPRA Registration

Demonstrated experience leading a Community Care service team to deliver service excellence and improve service performance

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the community care sector, current reforms, relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks

Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver and monitor service provision within budgetary and operational requirements

Knowledge and understanding of compliance reporting requirements, risk management and clinical governance frameworks

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written skills
