Melbourne- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur client is a well-established and growing financial services/registry business looking for a hands on Client Services Manager to join their team.


The Client Services Manager will manage the delivery of the day-to-day administration of unit trusts/funds whilst developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with a portfolio of clients by being the main point of contact for the client to the registry.


The role of a Client Services Manager is to consistently provide excellent customer service and support to clients, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality.

A Client Services Manager should identify opportunities to assist the client's needs by offering the full range of products and services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the business' capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to clients
  • Work closely with the Team Leader, Unit Trust Administration to develop and maintain fund checklists for accurate processing and validation
  • Regularly meet with portfolio of clients in person reviewing their register, services and any investor projects.
  • The ability to professionally liaise with Clients, Investors and Advisors and respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), exceed client's expectations
  • Ensuring all client registry reports are carried out in a timely and accurate manner per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
  • Effective and accurate coordination and communication associated with allotments, redemptions, distributions, Adviser Service Fees, periodic statements, quarterly reports and adhoc communications to investors and advisers.
  • Project manage and execute where required client Distributions, ecommunications and meeting
  • Identify, recommend and collaborate with the Head of listed Services for training gaps, improvements to processes and team development
  • Provide support, training, guidance and back up to other team members as required.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all daily deadlines are met
