We act as recruiters for Alsimas Pty Ltd.

A popular destination based in the heart of Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced Conference and Event Organiser to join their team. This full time, ongoing position for immediate start and is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects.

The full-time role will report to the Director and will play an integral role in the ongoing development of marketing efficiency. We offer job security and above award remuneration.

Duties include:

- Research, plan and recommend suitable events to drive business growth and sales
- Develop and maintain an annual events schedule that is aligned with our strategic goals and objectives
- Promotion of events including attracting interested parties and raising awareness of our profile
- Liaising with venue managers on times, capacity, etc
- Sourcing the Latest Products & Trends for Branding & Promotional Merchandise to be given to event attendees
- Organising booking of attendees and maintaining details in our CRM to confirm attendance
- Ensuring venues are set up correctly with necessary equipment for presentations etc and also ensuring that signage and branding is visible
- Sourcing and booking relevant guest speakers for events
- Ensuring events adhere to budget and reporting on sales ROI
- Organisation of training and sales conferences, internal incentive events, end of financial year and Christmas events, corporate events and charity events
- Organising venues, facilities and catering

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 2 years experience in event planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of social media promotion and branding
- Demonstrated record of sales ROI

A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 is on offer depending on experience plus Super.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
