**Pay Range**: $110,000 to $150,000 incl. of Superannuation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, allocating budgets, managing brand image and positioning, driving member retention and growth, and enhancing our digital and social media presence. You will have a team of marketing creatives that will include content creation and graphic design and a marketing coordinator to assist you in executing your strategies.

This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing marketing planning and activities, developing effective sales tools and collateral, managing digital platforms and relationships, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and member experience.

Any experience across travel and events will be a bonus as we continue to develop our sub brands in these markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocations with accurate reporting and analysis to improve.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Identify and facilitate partnerships, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Develop multi-channel marketing communications for member retention and growth.
- Maintain brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop sales tools and marketing collateral in collaboration with the franchise partners.
- Manage digital and social media channels for brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the company website and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Liaise with third-party agencies and suppliers for marketing execution.
- Create engaging internal communications and provide media and reputation advice.
- Supervise and mentor direct staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of results and brand growth in your current role.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar hands-on role.
- Previous experience across all marketing channels.
- Proven experience in marketing planning, campaign development, and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully, delivering objectives while keeping an eye on the detail.
- Technically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Teams environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing third-party agencies/suppliers.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer communication strategies is advantageous.
