Role Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize on-site assets with relevant promotions and content via our in-house CMS (content management system).
- Write marketing copy and work with local designers to produce creative material for sport and racing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the execution of campaigns and promotions within the broader Australian marketing strategy.
- Support the wider marketing strategy through basic campaign analysis and the provision of recommendations for future campaigns.
- The role may require Saturday shifts supporting Social Media engagement initiatives and occasional Customer Support inquiries.
- Day-to-day interactions with Customer Support and Product teams.
- The role may require some occasional evening calls with European colleagues.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in data-driven direct marketing (or CRM) through agency and/or client-side roles, having held responsibility for the implementation and execution of direct marketing/CRM campaigns.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention-to-detail.
- A keen interest in Australian Sports and Racing - experience within the sports/racing or wagering industry is highly desirable, but not required.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills will be essential to the role.
- Planning, scheduling, and analytical abilities as well as strong numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite.
- An introductory understanding of CRM/mar-tech systems (CMS and CRM).
